Who we are
At Claude’s House, our vision is to break the cycle of housing instability.
We provide an alcohol-free and drug-free home with the structure, support, and stability people need to confidently move toward independent living.
Our focus is on adults ready to rebuild their lives — those in recovery or going through major life transitions. Here, they find community, accountability, and a clear path forward.
Our Transitional living Model:
Each day, we’ll provide structure and accountability, along with life skills and financial coaching to help residents prepare for independence.
Residents will stay connected to community resources and employment opportunities, with a personalized plan for long-term success and every home will be shaped around real community needs, guided by insight.
Claude’s House serves adults in transition who are seeking stability and support while rebuilding their lives. Our residents may be exiting environments such as homelessness, treatment programs, incarceration, teens aging out of foster care, or unstable housing and are motivated to work toward long-term independence and responsible living.
